Duties;

  • Prepare letter and quotation include costing and its annex of renewal quote and other.
  • Quotes with amount negotiation and send to Sales Coordinator for checking and then send to Managing Director for approval
  • Collect price, warranty period, import cost and delivery time from supplier or concern departments in a purpose of completing quotation and annex price
  • Collaborate with supervisors/supplier/customer to complete the quotation and price list by getting necessary information
  • Follow up all quotation sent and revise inchargequote continually as customer request
  • Update spare part price list and annex price list by getting uptodate information from supplier
  • Ensure quotation are issued, revised, sent and received on time for customer
  • Meeting and greeting walk in customers.
  • Liaising with customers and supplier.
  • Liaising with the manufacturers.
  • Maintaining detailed records and reports of all customer relations contacts.
  • Various ad hoc administrative duties.
  • Check inventory records for accuracy
  • Compile reports on various aspects of changes in production or inventory
  • Keep records of items shipped, received, or transferred to another location

Salary:
From RM1,600.00 per month

  • Day shift
