Job Description Summary:


As Communications and Organizational Change Management Manager, you will play a key role in enabling the people side of change for Global Business Services (GBS) transformation initiatives, along with driving internal engagement through a strong EVP (Employee Value Proposition), and compelling external employer branding activities for the Greater Asia Shared Service Center (GASSC).


You will collaborate with a wide variety of teams in the GASSC, engage across Greater Asia, and throughout GBS to drive engagement within the GASSC, and lead successful change adoption for GBS initiatives.


Main responsibilities will include:

  • Define and operationalize the communication strategy for the Greater Asia Shared Service Center and drive effective communications across the center, consistent with the overall GBS brand and messaging.
  • Drive internal engagement through a strong EVP (Employee Value Proposition), leveraging fitforpurpose channels such as Maxwell.
  • Define and deliver on compelling external employer branding activities for the GASSC.
  • Contribute to communications and engagement initiatives across GBS globally.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption for projects and programs within GBS.
  • Monitor and measure readiness, adoption, and benefit realization for change/transformation initiatives. Gauge associate engagement within GBS.

About you:


We are looking for a leader with background from a large multinational corporation and proven experience in communications and organizational change management, ideally in a shared services or Global Business Services environment.

To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience leading organizational change and communications, ideally certified as change practitioner.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies would be a plus.
  • Passion for the people side of change.
  • Proficient listener and storyteller
  • Relentless pursuit of excellence mindset.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and embrace flexibility in a highly dynamic environment.
  • Highly collaborative working style, true team player.
  • Proven track record in influencing, building confidence and trust.
