JOB SCOPE:

1. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

  • Serve as the primary contact for B2B clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Ensure topnotch service and maintain strong, lasting client relationships.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to enhance processes and customer experience.

2.

B2B Sales:


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.

3.

Digital Marketing:


  • Create engaging content such as blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and multimedia to attract B2B prospects.
  • Monitor KPIs and analyze campaign data to refine marketing efforts and increase lead generation.

REQUIREMENTS:

-
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • At least
    6 months of proven experience in customer service, B2B sales, and digital marketing roles.
  • Proven success in meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.

WORKING HOURS:

  • 24/7 Rotational shifts (Monday-Sunday)
  • 9 hours working a day (inclusive 1 hour a break)
  • 5 working days + 2 days off (depending on shifts)

RM4,800.00 per month
