Key responsibilities:

Handover to Owner:Coordinate and facilitate the handover process to property owners once renovations are completed. Ensure a smooth transition, providing necessary documentation and addressing owner inquiries.

Unit Setup & Inspection:Conduct thorough setup and inspection of units following the completion of renovations. Ensure that all aspects of the unit meet quality standards and are ready for occupancy.

Assist Prospects to View Unit:Collaborate with prospective tenants to schedule and conduct property viewings. Provide information about the property and address any inquiries from potential tenants.

Follow Up With Prospects After Viewing:Collaborate with sales team to follow up with the prospects until deal is closed.

Check-In and Check-Out for Tenant:Facilitate the check-in process for new tenants, ensuring a smooth move-in experience. Manage the check-out process for departing tenants, conducting inspections and addressing any issues.

Maintenance Issue:Act as a liaison between tenants and maintenance technicians to address and resolve maintenance issues promptly. Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution and tenant satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing /Business Studies / Real Estate Management or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of process and procedures relating to tenancy management.
- Good attitude is a MUST, result oriented, selfmotivated and ability to work independently & also collaborate with team members.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Customerfocused attitude with a commitment to providing excellent service.
- Good understanding and command of Bahasa Malaysia & English. Able to speak and read in Mandarin is a plus.

Working Hour:
Monday - Friday (9AM - 6PM)
Salary and Benefits:
- Basic salary: RM2,200
- RM2,400 based on experience
