ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

We are looking for Experienced
Assistant General Manager with a growth mindset, interested in wearing many hats, and willingness to roll up their sleeves to launch and assist our business leader to grow our market in Malaysia and Southeast Asia.

In this fast-paced role, you will work directly with the senior management team to establish at-scale operations within weeks.

You will also serve as a liaison to the Board of directors and senior management team; organizes and coordinates General Manager/Executive outreach and external relations efforts; oversees special projects, own and manage business leader planning for the organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Endtoend management of the business from the ground up, including business development, marketing, recruiting talent, customer success, operations and more.
  • Talent management to recruit and grow a highperformance local team.
  • Seek new partners such as brand owners and suppliers
  • Cultivate and grow new relationships to showcase Acestar' full offering.
  • Participates in formulating and administering company policies, directing, and coordinating all divisional department activities to develop and implement longrange goals and objectives to meet business and profitability growth objectives.
  • Reviews analyses of activities, costs, operations and forecast data to determine department or division progress toward stated goals and objectives.
  • Represent Acestar at local industry and media events.
  • Plan and execute local business expansion and strategic planning with support from the executive team.
  • Collaborate across markets to share, develop, and implement best practices and product / service improvements.
  • Building Acestarian Culture to WOW our clients.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree or professional certificate in related field.
  • More than 8 years and above experiences, preferable in IT industry.
  • Successful previous experience in managing people, processes, SOP, and system, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
  • Coordinating, directing, and planning everyday business operations.
  • Business goal and result orientated.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.

Salary:
RM3, RM6,000.00 per month
