Customer Service Associate-japanese Speaker

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to Japanesespeaking customers
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and issue resolution
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues promptly
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay uptodate with product knowledge and company policies
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Japanese and English (spoken and written)
- Proven customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problemsolving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
- Knowledge of [industry or specific products] is a plus
