Primary Responsibilities:

  • Handling full set of accounts and performing month end closing in a timely manner.
  • Able to handle accounts bookkeeping, assist in accounts transactions, checking and verification.
  • Ensuring proper maintenance of documentation and filing.
  • Able to liaise with internal and external parties ie. statutory auditors, tax agents and company secretaries.
  • Able to handle general administrative task and other relevant adhoc tasks or assignments

Requirement:

  • SPM, LCCI or equivalent;
  • Fluency in MS Office; knowledge of Accounting Software or Cloud based accounting system is a plus.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Organisational and timemanagement
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

Working day & time:

  • 5 days week (8.30am 5.30pm)

Working Location:

  • Melaka office
