To operate and implement all credit and administrative job functions and activities in accordance to the credit procedure and guidance.


  • To monitor the handled projects' documentation and ensure a timely collection on the progressive billings.
  • To discuss and coordinate with purchasers, lawyers, bankers and other relevant party to resolve any outstanding credit issues.
  • Knowledge in attending documentation pertaining to Sale & Purchase Agreement, Loan Agreement, Sub-Sale, Refinance & Title transfer.
  • To prepare and submit the handled project's credit reports.
  • To keep track and monitor on SPA signing, progressive billing and collection.
  • To ensure timely disbursement either banks or purchasers.
  • To prepare monthly report.
  • To highlight and update Sales Admin Manager from time to time.
Job Requirements

  • Able to communicate and liaise with lawyers, bankers and purchasers.
  • Good knowledge to sales/ credit admin AR matters.
  • Experiences in VP and issuance individual/ strata title process.
  • Knowledge of housing development acts.
  • Positive attitude and responsible character.
  • Proactive, initiative and independent.
  • Familiar with HIMS will be added advatage.
  • Full Time position.
  • 5 days work.
