Responsibilities:

  • Provide complete information about the product to the customers
  • Provide the best possible solutions to the queries of customers
  • Process orders in a timely manner
  • Attend to Customers complaints and solve all product or services related issues to the customers
  • Generate Monthly Report by collecting and analysing information provided by customers
  • Perform any other duties as and when required by the Superior

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors' Degree in Business Studies, Communication or its equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer care.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Energetic & possess excellent communication skills

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
