Requirement

  • Degree in Human Resource or Administrative
  • Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms in the system.
  • Assist in the recruitment proses: screen resumes, coordinate interview arrangement.
  • Assist in implementing and creating HR policies and procedures in line with the company's business goals and objectives.
  • Support daily HR operations and paper works in accordance to HR policies and procedures including staff attendance and leave records, process expenses claims, medical claims.
  • Prepare HRrelated reports as needed
  • Participate in organizing company events
  • Any adhoc HR assignments/events/activities.
  • Office and administrative responsibilities.
