This position requires a high level of responsibilities to support Enrich Medsurg in achieving marketing goals and objectives.

The Marketing & Sales Support is to proactively support the organization and sales team in administering the necessary task needed ensuring smooth operations.


Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Assisting the Sales & Marketing Director by carry out marketing communication and daily tasks to keep the department functioning and facilitate the duties of Product/ Marketing Department
  • Responsible to prepare and support sales team on product and marketing collaterals. Updating and maintaining the marketing and product department's sampling and documentation
  • Serve as lead person in organizing events such as participation in exhibition, conference, workshop and product training. Collaborate with external parties and internal teams. Performs related task whenever assigned
  • Handling loaner and consignment sets in terms of ordering and return of unused loanable/consignment goods. Routine check and monitor inventory closely
  • Prepare PO for ordering, follow up and track shipment in receiving goods
  • Review pending orders and specific customer requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
  • Liaise, coordinate and work closely with principals, courier service provider, sales team, logistic, administration and vendors on products and marketing matters to ensure successful implementation of the administration activities
  • To provide good and efficient inventory book keeping, organise documentation and recording
  • Managing the correspondence between sales team and assist to support in preparing sales quotation
  • Handling product inquiries, and replacement of goods for lost or faulty issues
  • To evaluate and report on monthly basic on marketing investment. Prepare budget and forecast planning
  • To consolidate ideas from Sales and implement those ideas into action items and presentations
  • Ability to commute/travel outstation
  • Asist logistic section to prepare and arrange stocks if needed
  • Any other adhoc activities assigned by the management from time to time

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Marketing / Business Management or related discipline
  • Experience and knowledge in the marketing would be an advantage
  • At least 3 to 5 years of related working experience
  • Must be computer literate

Requirements:

  • Good Communication & Coordination Skills
  • Strong, interpersonal and verbal skill, excellent written communication skill
  • Good problem solving skills and innovative
  • Desire to be involved in marketing execution activities
  • Knowledge of Marketing proposal and planning (preferred)
  • Provide data and guides to help the sales team
  • Medical device product knowledge would be an advantage
  • Must be willing to travel inclusive of outstation
  • Hard working, responsible and able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Flexible and versatile multitasking
  • Knowledge of document management system preferred
  • Medical device product knowledge would be an advantage
