To be responsible for working with service team to prepare Quotation and Service Department relevant documents.

  • Coordinate with customer, provide information to answer enquiry about Spare Part & Services from customer
  • Timely prepare Quotation Request to Supplier/Factory base on Service Team or Customer inquiry.
  • Issue Purchase Order to Factory once received PO from customer
  • Be responsible in all of quotation process and details. Receiving and processing orders, providing information concerning changes, pricing in service, and services schedule management to the customer
  • Tracking of all active job numbers to confirm with the engineers of project status and parts deliveries
  • Handling and resolving customer complaint regarding product and services, or special orders via mail or phone.
  • Maintain, Updating and Revising historical customer database by entering data record each time contact is made with customer
  • Prepare report by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information in daily ,weekly, monthly and annual report
  • Manages all incoming and outgoing freight and all spare part receiving.
  • Prepare Shipping Documentation
  • Followup all the shipment of finished products.

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree or Diploma in any fields

At least 3 years of experience in customer service sales quotation and pricing management.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
RM3, RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
