Operations Administrative Support.


As the
Operations Administrative Support of The Kettle Gourmet, you can expect to be taking on a crucial role which will be highly involved in the processes of our organisation.


The job
responsibilities include:

Sales Support:Prepare and present sales quotations, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and their value.

Administrative Support:Prepare needed information and documents for onboarding to B2B & B2C platforms
-
Prospect Engagement:Arrange and conduct business meetings with prospective clients, effectively presenting our offerings.
-
Client Relationship Management:Foster and enhance relationships with existing partners, managing their needs and expectations effectively.
-
Problem-Solving and Client Service:Address and resolve challenges faced by clients and distributors, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Event Planning, Participation and Networking:Identify, plan and attend relevant trade shows and B2B events to represent the company, network, and develop

business opportunities.

Project and Campaign Management:Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and develop contingency plans to ensure smooth execution.

Driving Sales Process:Oversee the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
-
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:Work closely with other departments to create comprehensive and compelling proposals for potential clients.
-
Fulfilment Process Management:Handle the entire fulfilment process, including processing orders, packing, arranging courier services, and updating inventory information to ensure timely delivery and stock accuracy.

Performance Dashboard Upkeep:Regularly update and maintain the performance dashboard with data from Shopify and Meta ads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date reporting for informed decision-making.

Ad-Hoc Duties and Flexibility:Embrace a range of responsibilities in our lean startup environment, supporting the business as needed.

We have
weekly meetings on every Monday at 9:05am every week and a
daily huddle at

9.04am every morning (except Monday) to align everyone's tasks and goals. All meetings are conducted at our office at
Subang Jaya.


The nature of the work requires you to
work with the core team located in different countries, which includes: the CEO, CFO, Country Manager, Business Development Executive and Creative Marketing Executive.

Your journey will start with an Orientation and Sales
Training, followed by a series of product training.

Every quarter, we will organise a Learning Day where we will furnish you with a particular topic of insight of business.

These trainings are done to grow us as individuals as well as to help in our work.

You will be assigned a Mentor for your first 3 months, to guide you throughout the start of your journey.

While a mentor will be there to provide guidance,

we encourage independent work and expect your proactive contributions from the beginning. We are only looking for people who are genuinely passionate and committed to their work.

We are offering a monthly
salary of up to RM 3,000 depending on experience for this position.
