Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming documents and organizing dispatch.
- Arranging accommodation and transportation for guests and outstation staff.
- Maintaining office telecommunications and automation systems.
- IT Support for eSystem include Working Time Record, Leave, Claim etc.
- Overseeing IT matters and ensuring staff compliance.
- Ensuring office cleanliness and coordinating cleaning services.
- Managing office supplies and pantry inventory.
- Monitoring company vehicle issues and insurance.
- Maintaining car maintenance records.
- Finalizing monthly staff allowances for payroll process.
- Checking and processing staff expense claims.
- Handling staff insurance and updates.
- Answering calls
- Setting up meeting rooms for guests.
- Completing other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration or a relevant field; additional qualification with an IT background will be an advantage.
- Computer literate
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
