  • Answer inbound and outbound call.
  • Assist Office Manager in office management
  • Assist Activation in managing products fulfillment and planning events
  • Assist Human Resources department in staff engagement events (planning and execution.)
  • Assist Finance department in day to day financial transactions and documentations.
  • Assist Partnership Department to update and compile social share data.
  • Assist Client Servicing Department in case studies and research on company profiles and product/ services.
  • Adhoc administrative tasks, for example, collection of staffs' claims.

  • The ability to work as part of a team.
  • Good administrative and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Detailoriented.
