Job Scope:

-
Resource allocation
  • In charge of staff assignment and allocation to work on clients' engagements based on staff's competency and capacity as well as complexity of clients' engagements.

Resource optimization

  • Manage all staff schedule by actively engaging staff and reviewing key operational metrics to ensure that our staff resources are efficiently and effectively deployed.

Talent pool management
  • Actively managing and motivating our available talent pool to ensure that they are given the right portfolio of clients' engagements to develop their skills and make advancement in their career progressions.

Continuous Headcount Analysis
  • Identify over/under utilization of staff and provides continuous insights on potential staff recruitment/reallocation to address imbalances in supply and demand.

Recruitment

  • Working alongside HR team to plan and execute staff recruitment strategies.

Adhoc assignments

  • Other ad hoc duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma holders in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Work location: Kuala Lumpur, Kuching, Penang
  • Willing to learn
  • Possesses good interpersonal skills and able to work in team/autonomously.
  • Excellent both verbal and written communication, with strong attention to details and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Relevant administrative and project management experience in a professional services firm is a plus.
