Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Sales: Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, negotiate contracts, and secure group bookings.

Government Sales: Develop strategies to target government agencies and organizations, maximizing potential for official travel and events.

Online Marketing: Manage online travel agency (OTA) partnerships, optimize online presence, and drive direct bookings through our website and booking engine.

Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales and marketing strategies.

Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, bookings, and customer interactions.

Requirements:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Experience: 1+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles (internships included).

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Proven negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Techsavvy and proficient in relevant sales and marketing tools.
  • Mandarin proficiency (reading, writing, and ideally speaking) is a plus.
