Business Developer


Job Function


Reporting to the Regional Director of ADI, the Business Developer will play a vital role in driving the growth and success of the company by developing and maintaining strategic sales initiatives and fostering strong relationships with clients in the Asia Pacific region.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Regional Director to define and refine a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with ADI's growth objectives and market dynamics.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients through structured meetings to understand their training needs and promote ADI's offerings.
  • Write and submit compelling commercial proposals for client training projects, emphasizing the value and benefits of ADI's solutions.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote ADI's public courses and maintain student enrollment numbers.
  • Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for new sales and marketing initiatives that enhance market penetration.
  • Attend and represent ADI at industry functions, conferences, and exhibitions to build brand awareness and establish relationships with potential clients.
  • Stay informed about current and upcoming drilling and completion operations in the region to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Utilize market intelligence and research to target prospective clients and industries for ADI's simulators and training services.
  • Regularly update and review sales pipelines, revenue forecasts, and progress reports for management.
  • Provide guidance and support to local booking and administration staff to ensure efficient coordination and support of the sales process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and consistent followup to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Any other responsibilities as instructed or delegated by the Regional Director.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and marketing within the training or oil and gas industry.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software to manage sales records and generate reports.
  • Excellent strategic planning skills with the ability to set and achieve longterm sales goals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
  • Highly motivated and resultsdriven with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development to stay current with industry trends and advancements.

From RM3,500.00 per month
