Aberdeen Drilling School (ADI), a member of the RelyOn Nutec Group, is an international drilling and well engineering training company is the largest well control training centre in Europe and Asia, having developed and delivered well control training in over 50 countries worldwide since its inception.

Business Developer
Job Function
Reporting to the Regional Director of ADI, the Business Developer will play a vital role in driving the growth and success of the company by developing and maintaining strategic sales initiatives and fostering strong relationships with clients in the Asia Pacific region.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Regional Director to define and refine a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with ADI's growth objectives and market dynamics.
- Identify and engage with potential clients through structured meetings to understand their training needs and promote ADI's offerings.
- Write and submit compelling commercial proposals for client training projects, emphasizing the value and benefits of ADI's solutions.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote ADI's public courses and maintain student enrollment numbers.
- Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for new sales and marketing initiatives that enhance market penetration.
- Attend and represent ADI at industry functions, conferences, and exhibitions to build brand awareness and establish relationships with potential clients.
- Stay informed about current and upcoming drilling and completion operations in the region to identify potential business opportunities.
- Utilize market intelligence and research to target prospective clients and industries for ADI's simulators and training services.
- Regularly update and review sales pipelines, revenue forecasts, and progress reports for management.
- Provide guidance and support to local booking and administration staff to ensure efficient coordination and support of the sales process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and consistent followup to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Any other responsibilities as instructed or delegated by the Regional Director.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and marketing within the training or oil and gas industry.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software to manage sales records and generate reports.
- Excellent strategic planning skills with the ability to set and achieve longterm sales goals.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
- Highly motivated and resultsdriven with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development to stay current with industry trends and advancements.
Pay:
From RM3,500.00 per month
