Payroll, Recruitment, Training and General Administration

  • Manage the full spectrum of human resource functions covering Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Training, Performance Management, Industrial Relations, Employee Relations and Manpower Planning.
  • Formulate, implement, monitor and review policies and procedures relating to all phases of human resource activities.
  • Upkeep and update HR policies, procedures, rules and regulations, employment terms and conditions and Staff Handbook
  • Communicate policy/procedure changes and updates to all staff on a regular basis
  • Responsible for the Company's compliance to legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to human resource
  • Manage and monitor human resource processes which may include recruitment, employee orientation, training and performance management against predetermined Key Performance Indicators to ensure high effectiveness, efficiency and compliance
  • Submit management reports which may include budgets, manpower projections, staff turnover and retention on a timely basis
  • Organize and coordinate inhouse and external training programs and administer pre and post training evaluation
  • Assist Management with the preparation of year end salary increments and discretionary bonus payment processes
  • Monitoring of staff salaries and confidentiality issues
  • Maintain employee discipline and harmony, handle employee relations issues, grievances and counselling on workrelated problems, and act as a communication channel between the management and employees to maintain good relationship
  • Respond and provide advice to Heads of Departments and staff pertaining to HR matters
  • Responsible to monitor the employment permits for expatriate staff.
  • Manage,lead and develop a team of HR personnel to carry out routine and ad hoc functions ensuring quality, efficiency and compliance objectives are met
  • Any other responsibilities relevant to the above and any other duties as may be instructed by the management from time to time.

Foreign Worker Matter

  • Lead and handle company all foreign workers permit renewal and COM.
  • To coordinate with agent for foreign worker recruitment.
  • To ensure proper labor relation and conditions of employment are maintained.
  • Handle staff and foreign workers disciplinary and complaints matter.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Contract

RM3, RM5,500.00 per month
