Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and arrange interviews
  • Oversees the daily workflow of the department and manage HR operation of the company.
  • Organize, compile, and update company personnel records and documentation
  • Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies & procedures
  • Develop and monitor overall HR systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including creating employee profiles, conducting orientation, and processing new hire paperwork
  • Help with maintaining HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist with employee relations issues and other HR related tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Human Resources or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with HR processes and best practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be able to commit to a minimum of 36 months(preferably 6 months)
  • Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 8am5.30pm
Monthly allowances of RM500
