**Maintain and incorporate to local applicable laws, any regulations or procedures, standards/codes and ensure compliance.**:
- **Ensuring HR procedures according to SOP and assist in disciplinary action implementation, which is in accordance with Company Policy, Employment Act & Industrial Relations and advise on Industrial relations and labour matters.**:
- **Perform full cycle of recruitment processes, manpower planning, allocation process & coordinate in training needs.**:
- **Involve in internal or customers' audits that are relevant to HR and Admin Department.**:
- **Other human resource and administration functions as and when assigned by immediate superior from time to time.**
**Job Requirements**:
- **Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent.**:
- **Min 3-5 years of experience in related job roles.**:
- **Basic Knowledge of Labour Legislation (Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Relations Act 1967).**:
- **Have experience in social compliance audit. Good verbal and written communication skills,**:
- **Having strong organizational skills and people management skills.**
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
