HR Executive

Manage the full spectrum of human resource functions covering Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Training, Performance Management, Industrial Relations, Employee Relations and Manpower Planning (maintain FB/LinkIn/MyFutureJob/Indeed).
- Upkeep and update HR policies, procedures, rules and regulations, employment terms and conditions and Staff Handbook.
- Assist Senior Management with the preparation of year end salary increments and discretionary bonus payment processes based on KPI rating
- Any other responsibilities relevant to the above and any other duties as may be instructed by the management from time to time.
- Respond and provide advice to Heads of Departments and staff pertaining to HR matters
- Check and balance of staff/guard salaries on timely manner
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
