Assisting in payroll activities, processes and results to ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

  • Execute daily payroll operational and administration tasks.
  • On Time deliverables of payroll reports and HR letters
  • Support payroll audit such as RBA, Sox and internal audit
  • Handle enquiries related to payroll matters.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctionality to achieve highquality outcomes and deliverables.
  • Any Adhoc task assigned by the manager from time to time.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management or relevant discipline
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English).
  • A team player with a pleasant personality, good attitude, proactive and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.
  • Strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet tight deadlines.
