Admin (Procurement)

Responsibilities:
- Optimize procurement spending for Logistics (Warehousing, Transportation, Ocean FCL/LCL, Air) and Non-Logistics segments. Including system processes (APS).
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to support efficient procurement processes.
- Process purchase requests and orders to ensure timely product delivery.
- Engage internal stakeholders to drive vendor bidding processes.
- Manage vendor relationships to enhance value in the supply chain.
- Act as a point of escalation for vendor dispute resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement guidelines and policies.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ bachelor's degree in logistics related field
- Proven experience in procurement or purchasing roles.
- Fresh Graduate will be considered as well
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and vendor management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Job Types:
Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12-24 months
Pay:
From RM2,200.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Subang Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
