Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, conduct investigations, and mediate conflicts.

Performance Management: Support performance appraisal processes and provide feedback.

Training and Development: Coordinate training programs and development initiatives.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

HR Administration: Maintain employee records, process payroll, and manage benefits.

Policy Implementation: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.

HR Projects: Participate in HR initiatives and projects to improve processes and employee experience
Qualifications:
-
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
-
Experience: 2+ years in HR roles.
-
Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in HRIS and MS Office; knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
Pay:
RM3, RM3,500.00 per month
