Answer guest questions about property facilities and services accurately and completely from all digital platforms.

  • Prepare salesrelated documents and handle full event payment process.
  • Respond to and fulfill any special event arrangements requested by clients.
  • Coordinate with guests employees and departments to ensure guest needs are met.
  • Set up banquet area/room ensuring cleanliness and proper equipment setup.
  • Inspect and maintain table setups according to group requirements and company standards.
  • Ensure all suppliers and clients comply with venue terms and conditions.
  • Manage event inventory stock and ensure it is organized before and after events.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with minimum cost involvement prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Assist Marketing Manager in promoting brand image internally and externally.
  • Utilize sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining existing customer base.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell customers and sell enhancements to provide a better experience.
  • Develop branded advertising campaigns and support marketing and design teams in content coordination.
  • Establish tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities.
  • Contribute to building and strengthening the organization's brand across all media channels.
  • Supervise print contractors and other promotional vendors.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.

; Requirements:

  • Supportive Functions: Additionally to completing the main functions this role may involve performing a mix of the following supportive tasks: cooperation with colleagues selfmotivation and readiness to take on new responsibilities adaptability to different departments and projects and completing other necessary duties.
  • Required qualifications include: a degree in Hospitality/ Marketing/ Public Relations/Mass Communication (from a college or university) eagerness to learn and collaborate with different company departments ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and capability to work effectively in highpressure and fastpaced environments.
