Job description

  • Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate with them for the best pricing.
  • Process requisitions and update management on status of orders.
  • Update inventory and ensure that stock levels are kept at appropriate levels.
  • Arrange transport of goods and track orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Assess quality of stock received and escalate any discrepancies to suppliers and management.
  • Updating all records of purchased products.
  • Writing reports on purchases made and performing cost analyses.
  • Liaise with supplier for all matters (product defect, claims, complaint and delivery shortage).
  • Responsible for creating sales order, leadtracking, sourcing, purchasing and ensuring all shipments are delivered per schedule.
  • Assist in additional task that assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirement

  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Computer Skill Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
  • Having knowledge of lighting products will be an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational skills, a proactive mindset, can work under pressure and ability to work multitask and prioritize work.

RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
