  • Answer calls and manage and assess patient needs regarding ambulance services
  • Provide professional advice to caller regarding medical needs
  • Provide quotations to clients
  • Triage patient conditions appropriately
  • Raise and track job service order
  • Dispatch jobs to the ambulance teams
  • Support day to day ambulance operations
  • Perform administrative matters
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Rotational Shifts Monday - Sunday (Including Public Holidays)

Full Time

*Training will be provided

Requirement:

  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact and work with various levels.
  • Excellent phone etiquette.
  • Ability to speak and write English professionally.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Able to start work with short notice.
  • Prior experience in healthcare industry is an added advantage. i.e Nurse
