You will be playing a crucial role in;

  • To attend, service, promote and to specify company products to Quantity Surveyors, Architects and Developers.
  • Maintain good relationship by identifying client's needs and develop appropriate sales strategy to meet their needs.
  • Responsible of preparation of proposals, provide solutions and information.
  • Conduct product briefing and organise presentation to clients.
  • Liaise with clients on all technical aspects of the project.
  • Identify and gather new potential leads and maintain existing client's relationship.
  • Provide a high standard of service and professionalism in dealing with customers and internal team.
  • Gather market intelligence for the Manager by making close monitoring of market movements
  • Able to meet target and work independently.
Who are we looking for?

  • Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specifying for products with Quantity Surveyors, Architects and Developers
  • An energetic, positive attitude, with a desire to add value to the business
  • Customer focus with a high level of initiative
  • Good communication skills
  • Team oriented
  • Microsoft Office skills and PowerPoint skills.
  • Motivated selfstarter with good time management skills
  • Must be customer focus and friendly

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
