Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Good command of written and spoken in both English and Malay.
- Possess own transportation & license (D or B2).
- Able to handle task assigned independently, organized, systematic, strong interpersonal & communication skills.
- Willing to go for outstation around Sarawak when required.

- Positive attitude, highly initiative and good teamwork skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadline.
- Effective time management and ability to multi-tasks are required.
RESPONSIBILITY:
- To prepare tender submission, handle progress claims, variation orders and finalize project accounts.
- To perform administration of tenders - prepare quotation, tender and contract documents including Bill of Quantities (BQ), cost estimation, cost control and budgeting.
- To provide advice on contractual claims, EOT Claims etc.
- Negotiate and coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, manufacturers, and vendors.
- Liaise with the client, construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers and other stakeholders.
- Attend tender site visits and project meetings.
- Carry out site inspections and monitor works on an on-going basis.
- Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the superior.
Pay:
RM1, RM1,700.00 per month
