Assist in the implementation of merchandising strategies and plans.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Support product selection and assortment planning based on market insights and sales data.
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with operation team to ensure timely replenishment.
  • Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to execute promotions and marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and provide insights to support decisionmaking.
  • Assist in visual merchandising efforts, including product displays and store layouts.
  • Collaborate with purchasing department on pricing, negotiation, and order management.
  • Maintain accurate product information, pricing, and inventory records in the system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and consumer behavior.
  • Managed inventory and ensured product availability.

Skills/ Knowledge

  • Analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of market trends and consumer preferences.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and merchandising software is a must.
  • Ability to problemsolve and adapt to changing circumstances.

Job Requirements

  • At least
    2 years of working experience in procurement capacity
  • Able to prioritize, multitask and handle tasks independently
  • Goal oriented, organised team player
  • Computer literate with good knowledge in Microsoft Excel and ERP system

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
