  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations. Accounts Payable (AP):
  • Process and manage payments to suppliers and vendors. Verify and reconcile invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper authorization.
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payment. Issue invoices, statements, and credit memos as needed.
  • Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Assist in preparing and filing tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant tax regulations.
  • Prepare documentation and assist in the coordination of internal and external audits.
  • Work closely with vendors and customers to resolve financial issues and inquiries.
Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders.

RM2, RM2,300.00 per month
