HR & Admin Manager

Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and staffing
- Organizational and space planning
- Performance management and improvement systems
- Organizational development
- Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns
- Employee orientation, development and training
- Policy development and documentation
- Employee relations
- Company employee and community communication
- Compensation and benefits administration
- Employee safety, welfare, wellness and heath
- Charitable giving
- Employee services and counseling
- Reception
- Responsible for facility security and upkeep in addition to space planning
- Lead HRA practices and objectives that will provide an employeeoriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment and the recruitment and ongoing development of superior workforce.
- Any ad hoc assignment where reasonable and lawful assigned to you from time to time
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Management or it's equivalent
- At least 10 years' experience in Managerial Level
Salary:
RM8, RM10,000.00 per month
