Key Responsibilities

  • To oversee the client's existing portfolio, comprising SMEs & large companies, and develop and maintain positive relationships to secure future business opportunities
  • To attract, generate and retain new and potential clients for future business opportunities by initiating direct meetings to demonstrate Royal Selangor's customised/personalized products for the client's special occasions/needs
  • Provide advice and guidance to clients regarding the customised/personalized product after evaluating the client's expectations and budget range; not limited to presentation, negotiation, upselling and crossselling
  • To meet potential clients, leverages relationship to build client value, and maintain a network of professionals and corporate decisionmakers
  • Undertake other project/adhoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Proactive with great customer service skills, strong problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Pleasant personality with strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Corporate Sales or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
From RM4,000.00 per month
