Receiving and processing purchase orders.

  • Be the main liaison between Sales and Operations to ensure smooth communication of customers' order requests for accurate and timely delivery of laminates.
  • Issuing sales transaction invoices.
  • Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
  • Compiling monthly sales reports.
  • Expediting orders through internal liaison.
  • Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
  • Identifying new products to add to those on offer.
  • Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Business/ Administration/ Management.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Melayu & Mandarin (additional advantage).
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Independent working and decisionmaking skills
  • Pleasant personality, resultoriented, fast learner, and able to work under pressure
  • Proven experience in administrative positions will be considered a plus
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Salary:
RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
