Roles and Responsibilities

  • Booking of Air-Ticket/ Hotel for any company visitor as requested
  • Booking of meeting room
  • Arrange water/ tea/ coffee as requested by meeting committee
  • Request payment directly to the vendor as requested by management
  • To assist arrange bydate cash bills and data entry to petty cash format
  • To fill up company details forms
  • To photocopy, filling and scanning
  • To assist and involve in any official management activities
  • To stand by and assist with any work required by management

Requirements:

At least Diploma in business administration/ professional Corporate Secretary Course:

  • At least with two years experience in administrative tasks
-
Microsoft office literate:

  • Able to work indepedently under mínimal supervision, with attention to details and accuracy
-
Self motivated with initiative and the ability to multitask

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
