Job Descriptions:

  • To attend internal and external meetings with Managing Director, take minutes and establish proper followup on duties/activities decided in the meeting.
  • To establish professional customers relationship.
  • To provide good customer service through understanding, meeting and exceeding customer's expectation.
  • To attend all private secretarial duties, administrative, confidential matters, and Managing Director's personal matter.
  • To manage meeting schedules, correspondences, reports, call screening, filing, travel arrangements, handling private and confidential matters.
  • To followup and report to Personal Assistant/Managing Director on urgent matters.
  • Able to maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of Management and staff.
  • To assist in any other ad hoc tasks within and other departments that assigned by Personal Assistant/Managing Director.

Job Requirement:

  • Possess at least Diploma/Degree in Secretarial Studies/Business Admin/Hospitality Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 12 years working experiences
  • Possess good organizational, administrative, writing and interpersonal skills.
  • Resourceful and able to work independently with great initiatives and a high level of confidentiality and trust.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Able to travel if required.
  • Good writing and communication skills
  • 5daysweek
  • Able to start immediately would be an advantage.

Salary:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
