Job Summary
- Seeking for Ministerial Secretary who is highly skilled with responsible for providing _
excellent secretarial, administrative support, wordprocessing, and receptionist services. _Professional with exceptional timemanagement and multitasking abilities, someone who is diligent and competent in their work, allowing executives to focus on their _
managerial responsibilities_ _without worrying about other tasks._
Responsibilities Include:
- Providing secretarial services for the Minister and Minister's staff
- Getting involved in the decisionmaking process
- Deputizing the Minister and carrying out office functions when not around
- Demonstrating the ability to deliver consistently highquality and professional services for both internal and external clients
- Processing, prioritizing, registering, acknowledging, allocating, and distributing internal and external mail/facsimiles
- Creating, updating, and maintaining databases and office filing systems
- Preparing mail outs using mail merge
- Greeting and receiving Ministerial visitors, answering telephones, and providing reception services
Travel-related responsibilities:
- Working closely with a travel agent to ensure seamless travel experience
Traveling with the Minister when needed (Dubai, USA or etc)
Personal responsibilities:
- Managing and overseeing the Minister's personal appointments and tasks as needed
- Acting as the point of contact for the Minister and CFO for internal and external communications

At least 3 years of experience supporting senior executives in a multi-national organization:

Pay:
RM5, RM7,000.00 per month
