- 通过澄清客户的投诉,确定问题的原因,选择并解释解决问题的最佳方案,并跟进以确保解决问题,来
解决产品或服务问题。

Description


Maxis Enterprise, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a dedicated and highly motivated individual to join our team as an Outbound Customer Service Representative.

As a Mandarin speaker, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our Mandarin-speaking customers.

Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, you will have the opportunity to develop your communication and problem-solving skills, while making a positive impact on our customers' experience.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to existing customers to provide support, offer assistance, and resolve any issues they may have
  • Deliver excellent customer service by actively listening to customers, identifying their needs, and providing appropriate solutions
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns effectively
  • Keep accurate records of all interactions and customer feedback in the company's database
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Technical Support, to ensure the best possible customer experience
  • Meet or exceed monthly performance targets for customer satisfaction, call volume, and other key metrics

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
  • Proven experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in the telecommunications industry
  • Strong problemsolving skills, with the ability to think quickly and provide effective solutions to customer issues
  • Exceptional listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers
  • A friendly and positive attitude, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and other relevant tools

Pay:
RM1, RM3,000.00 per month
