Job Scope:

  • Issue invoices, Download PO and ensure every invoice sent out is accurate
  • Issue Credit Note
  • All documentation filling in neat and no missing
  • Call customer to get daily order and do arrangement
  • Ensure data and records are kept up to date
  • Great customer service skills to work with various clients
  • Manage oversea sales documents i.e. prepare all export shipping documentation
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries
  • Perform other duties as assigned by superior

Requirement:

  • At least 1 year working experience is preferable
  • Language : Mandarin, English and Malay.
  • Able to work independently
  • Fast learner
  • Accept multitask
  • Strong attention to detail to keep accurate accounting entries

Pay:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
