  • Conducting Outdoor Sales Activities: Engage in facetoface interactions with potential customers at various outdoor locations, such as residential areas, commercial hubs, events, and public spaces.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the telecommunication products (postpaid & fiber) and services offered by the company. Stay uptodate with the latest industry trends, features, and benefits to effectively communicate them to customers.
  • Sales Presentations: Effectively deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers. Highlight the unique selling points and advantages of the telecommunication offerings.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, doortodoor visits, and other prospecting techniques. Generate leads and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Understand their needs, address inquiries, provide solutions, and offer postsales support when required.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve individual and team sales targets by closing deals and maximizing sales opportunities. Track and report sales activities, progress, and results to the sales manager or team leader.
