  • Maintaining a neat and organized reception area.
  • Managing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

  • Addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assisting with general inquiries and providing information about the organization.
  • Scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings.
  • Managing office supplies and inventory.
  • Assisting with travel arrangements for employees or guests.
  • Updating and maintaining databases, records, and files.
  • Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Assisting other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintaining communication with internal teams and external partners.
  • Supporting other team members with administrative needs.

Job Requirements:

Salary:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
