  • Professionally manage complaints and customer satisfaction through policies and procedures with the aim of providing prompt and quality end to end resolution.
  • Ensure feedback and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communicate and coordinate efficiently with internal departments.

REQUIREMENT

  • Min Dip/Deg holder.
Good in communication, interpersonal,writing&reporting skills.

  • Knowledge and skills of customer service.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Willingness to learn & take over new responsibilities and challenge.

Salary:
RM1, RM2,800.00 per month
