Office Management (Administration & Office Support) * Handling in general housekeeping, upkeep and maintenance of office, office equipment
  • Verify and record office and outlet expenses (eg : telephone, utility, courier) and ensure all bills are received before date due for payment
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, ensuring effective communication within the organization
  • Preparation of purchasing document, sales invoices and delivery documents
  • Assist in some HR duties, such as staff expenses claim processing, leave management, job candidate interview arrangement, upkeep employee information, etc.
  • Prepare and record claim/invoicing to customer, payments collection and reconciliation.
  • Any other related duties and when assigned by management.

REQUIREMENT:

  • Candidates must posses at least Min SPM. At least more than 1 year working experience in similar role.
  • Organized, result-oriented and able to work independently.
  • Required language : Bahasa Melayu, English & Mandarin
  • Preferred candidate able to speak, listen & write in Mandarin
  • Computer literacy essential with knowledgeable about Microsoft application.
  • Strong interpersonal skill, positive attitude, self-motivated & aggressive.
  • High degree of integrity maturity and pleasant personality.
