JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To process and coordinates daily sales order;
  • To liaise with sales team for missing or doubtful sales order;
  • To ensure business to business (B2B) workflow process in order and accurately input data into ERP system and proper filing;
  • To prepare proforma invoice after picking up the goods from the warehouse as well as monitor payment received;
  • To prepare consignment billing and tax invoicing to customers;
  • Any other adhoc tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Business Administration or relevant working experience;
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience;
  • High selfinitiatives; computer literate and proficient in Ms. Office (Excel, Word & Power Point);
  • Billing and invoicing knowledge is required and will be added advantage.
  • Languages required
    :CN, BM & English

Salary:
RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
