  • As part of our Human Resources team, you are responsible for the staffing of our consultants on national and international projects.
  • Your task is to guarantee the best possible composition of our Southeast Asian team of consultants in accordance with our "best team to the client" principle.
  • You are required to be familiar with the professional and personal skills of our consultants and are closely involved in the staffing process with the projectresponsible partners, project managers, and our international staffing colleagues.
  • Your tasks also include capacity monitoring and the compilation of headcount reports to ensure the optimal use of our consulting resources. In this context, you will create regular reporting for our management team.

Qualifications

  • You possess a recognized Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • You possess at least 810 years of work experience in related fields, with a minimum of 4 years in professional experience in the area of resource management, staffing and human resources, ideally in the consulting environment.
  • You are reliable, able to think actively and are characterized by a high degree of accuracy, resilience and organizational skill.
  • You possess the ability to multitask in a highly dynamic environment.
  • In demanding situations, you are always able to survey the situation and are not afraid to make uncomfortable decisions.
  • You possess strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills and are able to convey staffing decisions professionally and persuasively.
  • Fluency in English as well as competency in MS-Office will complete your profile.
  • A regional or international experience is preferred.
