Who You'll Work With


The Business Operations Lead for the APJC Systems Engineering team is a key role within the Senior Leadership Team with significant visibility and influence over the business.

We are looking for propelling the group to its next phase of growth.

You will partner with the APJC Systems Engineering and Sales Leadership Team and the broader functional teams to prioritize, plan and operationalize key business strategies.

You will identify and evaluate critical strategic operation priorities and drive operational excellence.

What You'll Do
You will play a critical role to run and transform the business, including:

  • Own and drive key business processes such as planning, annual plans, new-year readiness, quarterly business outlooks, monthly and weekly operating cadences including managing inputs/outputs for review meetings and communication to all stakeholders
  • Design, own, drive, innovate strategic initiatives as program owner to enable the APJC Systems Engineering function achieving desired business outcomes e.g. infrastructure modernization program
  • Drive field enablement for the SE organization (Masterclass, leadership program, professional skill etc.)
  • Maintain and enhance the design and content of existing SE portal
  • Develop insight from SE Productivity metrics analysis & reporting (Tableau & SFDC) and work with APJC SE teams to drive productivityenhancing programs (dCloud, GFEP, GVE, Click2Expert, SFDC etc.)
  • Orchestrate the formation of the team's strategic operation priorities, accelerate operational excellence and partner with APJC and WW functions to ensure alignment
  • Work closely with Finance, P&C and other teams to ensure agility in the execution

U.S. employees have

Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components.

For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco pays at the standard rate of 1% of incentive target for each 1% revenue attainment against the quota up to 100%.

Once performance exceeds 100% quota attainment, incentive rates may increase up to five times the standard rate with no cap on incentive compensation.

For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sale
