Job Description:

  • Actively involve mainly in Presales (and some Postsales activities)
  • To attend meetings with potential Clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensure all necessary information is gathered
  • Craft solution based from information gathered
  • Provide technical consulting, architecting, solutioning & support in a professional manner
  • Provide presentation, product/solution demonstration and conduct Proof of Concept
  • Create design documentation with technical explanations (proposal, diagram, BOM, timeline, etc.)
  • Understand business drivers and risks involved to the customer and to company
  • To structure and produce technical proposals according to tender specifications
  • Interface with the implementation / project team, articulating customer requirement, to ensure smooth transition from Sale to Delivery
- demonstrate company products and technologies effectively to audiences of varied technical knowledge

Requirement:

  • Education Background:
  • Experience:
>> At least 5 Year(s) of working experience as Pre-Sales or Techinical Support in IT Solution industry.
>> From SI (System Integrator) background.
>> Will consider Solution Architect or Java Developer with 5 years experience who is willing to try Pre-Sales role.

  • Skill:
>> Enterprise Architecture such as SOA, Microservices, API, ESB, MQ, Event Streaming, DevOps, CI/CD, Databases, etc.
>> Development framework such as Java, Spring, Laravel, Vue. etc.
>> Application development knowledge (methodology, activity scoping, solution write-up)

  • Others:
  • Good presentation and writing skills
  • Willing and eager to learn and explore new things and technology
  • Knowledge in sales cycle process
  • Willing to travel in Malaysia and oversea
  • Able to work independently and in a team / as a team
