Attend meetings, deliver presentations and demonstrations to prospective and existing clients to comprehend their requirements.
- Liaise with product/service development teams to plan, develop and organize compelling proof-of-concept demonstrations.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of products/services and relate them to customers while providing feedback from clients about product requirements and potential changes.
- Collaborate with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process and assist the sales team in achieving targets.
- Conduct research into the industry, including competitor analysis.
- Identify new markets or clients to contact based on knowledge of the products/services and their users.
- Establish lasting relationships with customers.
- Interface with the implementation/project team, communicating customer requirements to ensure a smooth transition from Sale to Delivery.
- Take charge of running a bid team, if required.
- Foster teamwork by keeping colleagues informed of activities, building productive relationships both internally and externally.
- Assist the sales team in reaching targets and encourage clients to purchase additional features, upgrades, etc.

**Job Requirements**:

- Holder of a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in IT Consulting or Pre-Sales with a proven track record.
- Experience in IT projects pertaining to ERP, financial technology, banking, or cybersecurity.
- Ability to create presentation materials and exhibit strong presentation skills.
- Interest in and comprehension of assigned industries, with the capacity to research and stay informed of industry developments.
- Proficiency in influencing and negotiation.
- Strong aptitude for time management and organization.
- Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
