Job Descriptions:

  • Administering Compensation and Benefit plans
  • Creating a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projections
  • Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Conducting employee onboarding and help plan Training and Development
  • Provide support to employees in various HRrelated topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflictfree workplace
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Undertake tasks around performance management
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
  • Evaluating employee performance and appraising their pay scale accordingly
  • Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations identify training needs and assist the L&D function in aligning training programs with business objectives
  • Strategic workforce planning: ensure the company's workforce has the right size, shape, cost, and agility for the future
  • Succession planning: select and develop key talent to ensure there are talents to fill in critical roles
  • Be uptodate on employment laws and regulations, as well as other legal requirements regarding people management, to help leaders ensure compliance
  • Provide guidance on the creation and implementation of HR processes and policies
  • Bachelor degree from Reputable University, with major of Psychology/Economics/Human Resource Management/Law or any other relevant majors
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in the same or related functions
  • Has experience on Recruitment /Compensation & Benefit/HR Business Partner areas
  • Must be able to speak Mandarin
  • Malaysian and willing to be relocated
